AllGenetics is thrilled to announce that Javier Garrido is coming on board as our external advisor on strategy and growth. The company will be reinforcing our management area with an advisor to the general manager with expertise in finance, investment, know-how protection, and funding.
Garrido is the general manager of Xénese Iniciativas SL, based in A Coruña and backed by senior investors who support and invest in start-ups in Galicia, Spain.
Javier Garrido holds a master’s in business administration and worked as an investment broker at Renta 4 prior to joining the Universidade da Coruña’s research transfer office. At the UDC he was in charge of technology-based companies for twelve years and, more recently, he has coordinated the Intalent Programme promoted by the university and Inditex, one of the world’s largest fashion retailers. He has also collaborated with the Xunta de Galicia as a consultant evaluating technology-based business ventures.
Javier Garrido’s joining AllGenetics’ as an external advisor will significantly reinforce our management area and allow us to meet the new challenges that lie ahead in the future.
