The Spanish certification body AENOR has issued the new certificate for the next three years.
AllGenetics first obtained the ISO 9001:2015 certification in 2019 after spending almost two years implementing the standards outlined by ISO. Since then, our different corporate areas have adopted and witnessed noteworthy results in quality management principles such as customer focus, continual improvement, and evidence-based decision making. Based on the ISO 9001:2015 principles we have assessed risks and opportunities regularly, monitored key indicators such as client satisfaction, and implemented improvement actions every year. By doing so we have been able to provide high-quality genomic services and to grow sustainably over the last five years.
